Suzanne and Victor

We are excited to formally welcome another two highly experienced team members to Accelagen’s fast-growing Australian team, Suzanne Leong and Victor Patino.

Joining the Accelagen team is Suzanne Leong, the company’s new Senior Clinical Data Manager, bringing with her over 20 years’ experience across Clinical Research Organisations (CROs), Pharmaceutical and Public Health industries.

With a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Immunology, as well as a Master of Technology Management, both from University of New South Wales (UNSW), Suzanne has a long track record of developing clinical trial databases and maintaining high quality clinical data.

She is both passionate about and proficient at bringing a high level of attention to detail to helping solve the kind of real-world, complex and nuanced research questions that we pride ourselves on at Accelagen.

Her role will give her the opportunity to use the wide range of knowledge and expertise she has gathered over two decades across various therapeutic areas, including Oncology, Infectious Diseases, Dermatology, Cardiology, and Endocrinology, and she will help us provide world-class expertise in clinical research services and data management.

Joining the team alongside Suzanne is Victor Patino, our new Clinical Data Associate.

Similarly attracted to the company because of our exciting growth horizon and agile team structure, Victor has come to us from the aquaculture and medical sectors, with a Master of Biostatistics, which he gained while working at Monash Health.

Bringing vital on-the-job experience in identifying and implementing appropriate statistical methodologies, Victor is skilled at deciphering and breaking down biostatistical results and research.

Originally from El Salvador in Central America, Victor also brings valued cross-cultural skills that enable him to work effectively in our fast-growing and diverse team. He also brings unique and diverse expertise from medical coding to report programming to our Biometrics team that have quickly become integral to our operations.

A warm Accelagen welcome to both Suzanne and Victor.
