CEO
Greg Plunkett is our CEO and Managing Director of Accelagen, founding the company in 2010. An innovative, values-driven and forward-thinking senior regulatory affairs professional, Greg has over 20 years of experience in product development, quality and management. Driving excellence, innovation and ingenuity, Greg is a passionate advocate for healthcare accessibility and bringing the best technologies and innovation to the masses.
Rosa Plunkett
Director of Clinical Operations
Rosa Maria Plunkett is Accelagen’s Director of Clinical Operations, bringing over 20+ years experience in clinical research and hospital settings with clients, ranging from small biotechs to large multinational pharmaceutical companies. With her signature warmth and patience, Rosa fosters an inclusive, flexible and solution-driven environment, developing her growing team and giving them mentorship and guidance to accelerate the future of human health and wellness. Her skill and experience maximises study outcomes and efficiencies for our clients.
Kylie Lord
CFO
Kylie Lord is a skilled leader in financial management with over 20 years’ global experience in the financial services sector. Supporting the company to solidify its financial foundations and enable it to continue to achieve sustainable, long-term growth, Kylie’s experience and strategic insights are a significant asset. Whilst an accountant on paper, Kylie is ultimately a people person and her enthusiasm, passion, and focus on making a positive contribution to the world, has helped her slot right in.
Johan van Wyk
General Manager, Biometrics and Partner Engagement
Johan van Wyk is Accelagen’s General Manager of Biometrics and Partner Engagement. A seasoned director in data management with an extensive history in the hospital and healthcare industry, Johan has grown and run biometrics departments at leading local and global pharmaceutical companies and CROs for more than 15 years. He brings a deep understanding of multidisciplinary strategy and ensures all of our systems, communications and resources function seamlessly.
Hana Kazda
Head of Data Management
A highly experienced clinical data management specialist with over two decades of experience, Hana Kazda is our Head of Data Management. Passionate about the many different stages of data management and database development, her unique skillset encompasses the practical and the personal — combining experience as a Clinical Data Scientist and Research Associate with the ability to manage and lead a team.

Head of Biostatistics
With an undergraduate science degree, Master of Applied Statistics and a PhD in pharmacology, Elisa brings unrivalled experience to her role as Accelagen’s Head of Biostatistics. Also a volunteer on the CDISC Core Project, Elisa is a passionate clinical research professional and specialist in clinical research data standards, statistical programming, project management, and database development across industries including biotech, pharma and social research.
Melissa Giuliani
Head of Business Development and Marketing
With almost 20 years’ experience driving and delivering campaigns and strategic communications, Melissa Giuliani is a highly skilled and innovative marketing strategist, and authentic leader. Making a significant contribution to brand development and commercial success across pharmaceuticals, beauty, and FMCG markets, Melissa’s ability to enhance overall business performance through highly creative and strategic marketing activities has seen her recognised by the Australian Self Medication Industry (ASMI) on five separate occasions.
Sarah Henderson
Head of Regulatory Affairs and Quality
An experienced regulatory affairs professional and senior consultant, Sarah Henderson has been a fundamental part of building Accelagen from the ground up alongside Greg – supporting in taking the business through its early Reg-focused and consulting days, to the rapidly growing global CRO it is today. Starting her career as a Patent Examiner for IP Australia, Sarah has worked across various regulatory affairs roles both in Australia and in the UK and European markets building a strong reputation for her attention to detail, global market expertise and holistic project management. Sarah leads Accelagen’s Regulatory Affairs team with a focus on continuing to support the growth of the business as well as offering clients best-in-industry quality compliance.
